Information we collect
MLMux may process account details, billing metadata, API request metadata, and files you intentionally submit to a generation task.
How we use information
We use this information to operate predictions, secure accounts, calculate usage, improve reliability, and provide support.
Model inputs and outputs
Generated media and user upload/edit inputs are expected to be retained for three days by default. Customers should download assets they need to keep.
Security and retention
Failure-only raw request/response audit objects are expected to be retained for three days by default. Task, financial, security, and legal records may be retained longer when required for operations, accounting, disputes, or legal obligations.
Third-party processors
MLMux may use Stripe for payments, Cloudflare R2 for storage and delivery, Google and GitHub for OAuth, an SMTP provider for transactional email, and model providers to process generation requests.
Your choices
You can request account export or deletion and control optional operational notifications from your workspace settings. Contact support@mlmux.com for privacy requests.
